Caring for the health and well-being of our students is essential so that they may enjoy their time at IED.
Life at a design school can be very exciting and interesting, but at the same time, it can be a challenge to adapt to a new environment and the stress of student life.
It may sometimes be complicated to communicate with relatives and friends to try and solve our problems on our own. A good professional is extremely useful at these times.
IED Madrid offers you the opportunity to talk in full confidentiality with a psychological counselling office about any issue that may have an impact on your academic life, personal well-being or mental health.
What do you have to do?
If you feel bad, have anxiety problems or any psychological problem that prevents you from living your normal life or developing as you would like to, do not hesitate to come forward.
You only have to make an appointment with our professional psychologists, who will listen to you in order to gain a thorough understanding of your case. Remember that the first three appointments with this professional will be financed by IED Madrid. If you need to continue, it will be at your expense.
At your first session, you will be assigned a psychotherapist with whom you will be able to address your concerns. This professional will assess your needs and give you the support you need in order to find the best way forward.

Your psychologist will not share your personal information with any person outside the services of the psychological counselling office. The only exceptions would be if:
