    Architectural and lighting techniques have evolved tremendously since the last century. The combination of these two fields stands out for its successful contributions and  combinations, which have led to artificial light no longer being seen as a simple tool, and which has allowed architectural lighting to move far beyond what is functional, endowing it with an artistic nature that allows spectators to interact with the environment using their senses.
    Discover the array of creative and effective possibilities that light can achieve. The importance of the lighting concept within various design projects, with it often being the basis for the proposal and affecting many other diverse aspects such as social, psychological and aesthetic connotations.

    Objectives

    • Perform complete lighting projects for architectural spaces

    • Freelancer providing support to studios or companies that need to implement light proposals in their projects

    Director

    Lara Elbaz

    As an interior designer, she has worked in lighting since 1995. After completing the first Light Design Course at the IED Madrid in 1995, he works at Philips as a specialist in exterior lighting and later at Architectural Lighting Solutions, collaborating on different types of projects such as Expo Zaragoza 2008 and Madrid Río.
    She is currently working as an independent lighting consultant.

    This Postgraduate Course is part of the Master of Lighting Design, a program composed of three modules that can be carried out independently:
