    Visual Merchandising deals with the brand image at the point of sale, from storefronts, signs, store windows, entrance spaces and music to what the customer experience should be when entering a shop and what feelings they must experience to feel part of a unique and differentiated brand. 
    The Postgraduate Course in Visual Merchandising and Window Dressing trains professionals capable of displaying a product, brand and other materials in the commercial space of a store or at outlets in large malls, creating an identity between the product and the brand, such so that the observer wants to possess it at any price and enters the store to acquire it. All this in different areas: fashion, design, accessories, delicatessen, etc.

    Windows & Visual Merchandising Specialist

    Director of Window Dressing and Visual Merchandising at the Tendam Group for Cortefiel and Pedro del Hierro: creativity, monitoring and coordination of VM and Windows worldwide for both firms at the head of an extensive team of professionals.
    With 30 years’ experience in the sector, in recent years he has worked as Director of Window Displays worldwide at Pepe Jeans (Retail and Franchises). He has worked as Creative Director for window displays in this company (flagship stores, freestanding stores and outlets), developing the window concept, and monitoring its purchase and distribution. His main tasks include coordinating the team of window dressers in every country in order to ensure correct implementation both of the decor and of the mannequin outfits, and also to ensure unity of image and brand consistency throughout the company.
    Previously, he worked for 20 years in the Cortefiel Group, where he held various positions of responsibility (both in Window Dressing and in Visual Merchandising).
