What's a "cultural experience" today? IED Design Experience with Raúl Ramos

28/11/2018 - 19:00 a 21:00 - IED Master

  • Place : IED Master
  • Address : Calle Larra 14 Madrid Madrid

We welcome a new edition of the IED Design Experience, a series of inspiring events by IED Madrid that offer a much more global vision of design and a brief overview of all sectors where creativity is present.

We inaugurate the IED Design Experience lecture series with a motivational interview with Raúl Ramos, moderated by trend analyst Marisa Santamaría. A meeting to discuss the boundaries between "cultural" and "non-cultural" experiences.

Every area of design needs to connect with an audience, with a special target or with stakeholders in order to spread its creativity and ideas. Raúl Ramos, an expert in audiences, will reveal the keys to creating engagement and creating dynamic, changing and flexible communication and interaction.

“Experience design” for artistic audiences, his speciality, presents an uncertain future for cultural organisations. We will talk about how experience goes beyond what happens on stage or what is displayed on walls. And how to understand and improve that from the organisation’s perspective.
